How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days. In total, your order should arrive within 4–9 business days. As soon as your parcel ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to you.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship within Ireland only. Our focus is on providing the best possible experience for our local community. If we expand our reach in the future, you’ll be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No worries. You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to return your items. Just email us at support@nuvoro-moda.com and our team will walk you through the simple return process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll issue your refund within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it might take a few extra days to appear in your account.
